x BYOC Challenge
the photo, couple of weeks ago (maybe less?) we made our version of the Argentine's pizza called Fugazza, which is the pizza base and then onions and a bit of parmigiano, can be made with mozzarella on top or not... ours did (have mozzarella) but our base is made with Khobez, a middle eastern kind of flat bread/wrap, like a Mexican Tortilla but ...can;'t explain, thing is, cooks great in the oven and it doesn't go saggy, so is more like pizza than any other dough apart from real pizza, of course, the kohbez has just a fraction of the calories :) We haven't seen this pizza anywhere apart from Argentina, is great to be able to make at home!!! Sarita (DD)here super happy we were able to make it successfully!!! (our oven is a disaster!!!)
