August Challenges

Karen here to show you all the new challenges up in the forum for August.  There are once again 7 new challenges to spark your creativity and not only will they inspire you, you can earn up to a 30% off coupon (2 challenges = 10% off, 4 challenges = 20% off and 6 challenges = 30% off) and if you complete all 7 challenges you could win a guest spot on the Creative Team.    Here are the new challenges:

1.  Product Challenge – Amanda (gracielou) is hosting this month’s product challenge and she wants you to create a layout using paint.  Your completed pages should be posted in the Product Challenge Gallery.  Here is a sample page from Amanda to get you started:

 

 

2.  Scraplift Challenge – This month’s scraplift challenge is hosted by Renee (renee82) and she has chosen Allison Pennington for you to scraplift.  Allison’s gallery can be found HERE.   Your finished lifted pages should be posted in the Scraplift Challenge Gallery.  Here is the page that Renee lifted:

3.  Template Challenge – Julie (mrs2a50) is hosting this  month’s template challenge.  Amy Martin once again is supplying the gorgeous template for us to use.  Your layouts using this great template should be posted to the Template Challenge Gallery.  Here is a peek at the template:

4.  Journaling Challenge – Heather (HeatherB) is hosting this month’s jouranling challenge and she wants you to create a page about one of your family’s sayings, cherished stories or inside jokes. 5.  One Word Challenge – Laura (lmccandless) is hosting the One Word Challenge for this month.  Laura has given you a selection of words to choose from this month:  royal, kind, queen, prince or princess.  Your pages should be posted in the One Word Challenge Gallery.  Here is a sample page by Laura:

 

 

 

6.  Random Challenge –  Your host for the Random Challenge this month is Amanda (MandaKay).  Her random challenge to you is to scrap a favorite summer activity.  Your pages should be posted to the Random Challenge Gallery.  Here is a sample page from Amanda to get you started:

 

 

 

7.  BYOC Challenge – Dana is your host for this month’s BYOC challenge which will go live tomorrow when all of the fabulous new BYOC products will be in the store.  The challenge is to create a layout using 90% BYOC products and you must use products from at least 3 designers.  Your pages should be posted to the BYOC Challenge Gallery.  Here is a little sneak peek of August’s BYOC:

 

 

 

 

You have until August 31st to complete these challenges.  There are a few notes to remember while doing pages for these challenges. Your pages must contain at least 75% TLP products and you must do a unique page for each challenge.  Do not combine one page for two challenges.  Once you complete your page, be sure to post it in the appropriate gallery and then back in the individual challenge thread too so we can leave you some love!  We also ask that you post all of your complete challenge pages in THIS THREAD so we make sure to get you the correct coupon at the end of the month.  If you have any other questions about the challenges, see the Challenge Guidelines thread HERE!  Have fun!
