Are you ready for some super cute St. Patrick’s Day Pinspiration?!?!?
The first idea comes via The Crafting Chicks. I love this little leprechaun trap because not only is it made mostly out of of objects you probably have already around the house, but because it’s something fast and easy that the kids will love helping to put together!
Next these super cute paint sets by Beth from It Is What It Is. How perfect would these be for a little class party?!?!?
I’ll admit it….Project Life has pretty much taken over my life. I am constantly looking at things and thinking “oh hey that can go into our album!” Even while browsing Pinterest for St. Patrick’s Day ideas, in the back of my mind I am thinking how I can work things into my album. I found this Lucky Clover Patch idea by Lisa Storms and fell in love.
Obviously that isn’t going to fit into my PL album…so I began brainstorming ways I could adapt it for PL and came up with this:
I started with a sheet of 12×12 patterned cardstock and cut it down to 8×8. Then using Lucky Me by Jacque, The Dry Ribbon by Heather, some cuts from my Silhouette Cameo and (a lot!) of hand stitching I created a flat version that I can use as an insert in my project life album. My kids are still on the small side, so I decided to keep it simple and cut just one shamrock for each member of the family. I added our names to the front with my label maker and then we can write why we think we are lucky on the back before we place them back in the pot of gold.
Happy Pinning & Scrapping
