Scrapping and journaling are how we choose to make ourselves heard – they are our tools of self-expression. Visually and creatively expressing the weariness and weight of what we feel, is simply good for us!  It’s a step we can take for ourselves and it will help begin to articulate how we truly feel to those who care about us.
