Well, it’s May 1st and I thought it would be fun to have a new member project feature on the blog. Hybrid projects by members to be exact! You know I love hybrid and I thought it would be fun to share some hybrid projects from the gallery here on the blog. Let’s show them a little love, shall we?!!!
First up, I spotted this Mother’s Day card by fruitysuet. You can find her entire gallery HERE. This card is so soft and pretty, it immediately caught my eye in the gallery. She used Grown in Great Britain by Dawn Inskip (collab with G&T Designs) and the April 2016 BYOC Styles (watercolor) by Mommyish. That bird just seems to jump right off the card front!
Next up, I found a mixed media collage by member grrfluddy. You can find her gallery HERE. This collage intrigues me, because I have trouble doing this style and she makes it look so easy! And also because, I haven’t gotten into Dr. Who, but I think I may need too!! She used Allison Pennington’s 20 Questions: Dynamite and Kate Hatfield’s Bigger On The Inside, along with adding lots of non digital products to create her collage. Amazing!
And then I found a two page pocket spread by member Mandy_RecordLife. And her gallery is HERE. This caught my eye from the color palette and the clean and simple graphic design of her pages. I could stare at this forever! She used Character Study products by One Little Bird.
So, let’s show our hybrid members a little love. Leave some here or in their gallery on their projects!! Do you create hybrid projects that you post in the gallery? Make sure and put them in the Hybrid category, tag them hybrid and you may just find them featured here on the blog! If you have a project that you would like to be considered for feature, just send me an inbox message at katrinahunt13 here at the pad! Thanks for stopping by today.
