There is something about The Lilypad Gallery that just gets my creative juices flowing. If you are ever in a Scrapping Slump, like we all experience once in a while, this is a great way to get out of it! I’ve been hanging out there recently and wanted to show you some of the variety you will see there. You are bound to be inspired!
This page by bjc is graphic in nature. The angles are strong and the white background makes the black and white photos really stand out. I also love the arrows and that pop of red. How adorable is that? It’s a contrast of hard lines and a squishy subject. I just love it.
This pocket page from Ink & Pixels is a feast for the eyes. She got so many awesome photos on this one page and still managed to decorate it beautifully… well, you know what I mean. EEK.
This page has such a hand drawn feel to it, it’s hard to believe it’s all digital. It looks like alice wrote on it herself and that adds such a special touch. And how about that cut out heart. Perfection, I tell you.
Oh, Circles! And gumballs! I get it! And I love it. Quietgirl has created this fun page with just the right touch of whimsy. Totally inspiring.
This page by Brandi is warm and cozy. It’s coffee time for sure and this page celebrates this beautifully. I love the stitching and I’m always looking for new ways to use my stash of Journal Cards. This composition would be great for that.
Last, but not least, bockel24 has shown us that pages can be powerful using just a few words and images. I love this blue page, the chevrons and the statement it makes.
And this just scratches the surface of the talent and inspiration that can be found in The Lilypad Gallery. Go and check it out now.
