I wish I could make this one... but I get to spend the day with my husband which is also SUPER awesome! I will try to squeeze out a page in the 24 hours, though.

 

OOOPPPSSSS, I just saw this and though "OH NO I'VE MISSED IT" and got really cross with myself. And then I realised its not til tomorrow!

 

Oh, I can't chat as that is my Tai Chi class time and I have missed the past two weeks so my body NEEDS to be there.

Can I get the slow scrap instructions in a thread here when I get home and complete a layout within the time limits to get a coupon? I sure hope so. And, hopefully, Cynthia will summarize points from the chat to share.

 

Newbie here - what is slow scrap?

 

Slow scrap/Speed Scrap:
1. A half hour to an hour chat (usually in the chat room - which is found on the top menu bar - 7th tab from the left- under the TLP logo. Sometimes the chats are in an Adobe Chat room and the link will be listed in the announcement thread of the chat.) The hostess will give directions to make a page during the chat. The written directions can usually be found in the Scrapping Pad thread of the Forum. This is the thread where all completed pages are posted.
2. Slow scraps participants have 24 hours from the end time of the chat to complete a page based on the directions. Speed scrap participants have one hour from the end of the chat to complete a page based on the directions.
3. A designer or the store have always been kind enough to give a coupon to those that complete their page based on the directions and on time.

 

Hate that I have to miss the chat!! Looking forward to summer when I can make the day time ones

 

I'm glad it's a slow scrap because I have my bridge group here in the afternoon.
