Taking a bit of time away

Just taking a step back from the pad for a bit - nothing major happening but need some time to sort me out again. Hope to be back some time next month

 

Just to be clear, nothing bad has happened but a combination of things have just lead me to take time off.

16 jobs to apply for by the first week of next month (only 3 applications but they all take time)
low key moving preparations - decluttering etc, finding out costs etc (I could have anywhere from 3/4 weeks to sometime in August/September to move if I get any of the above jobs)
I’ve had a bit of a health relapse that I need to take care of
My laptop is super sluggish at the moment which makes scrapping near impossible - needs more RAM which I can’t afford

 

They don’t close til the 6th (2 jobs - 15 roles) & the 9th (1 job/role) so won’t know til mid next month at the earliest.

 

gosh, I never updated here that I was selected for two interviews. I heard on Monday and they were scheduled for Thursday so quickly made arrangements to fly down for a few days. Came down Wed afternoon, interviews were Thursday afternoon and I fly back Saturday early evening (tomorrow). Interview and role play went well -they combined both of the interviews together as one was supposed to be on Wednesday after I’d booked everything. I’ll hear back by the end of next week.
