Hi and welcome to October! This month I get to bring to you the All About You Challenge (aka All About Me). This month we're going to do this with a little twist. Instead of scrapping about yourself, I want you to scrap from another's point of view. It can be another person, your favourite pet, your child's favourite toy, it's up to you. Your page must have journaling that describes your subject in detail. I chose to scrap from the point of view of my wonderful dog. Here's my page: And now for the fine print: your page must contain at least 75% of Lilypad product. You should post your layout in this thread, as well as in the October Challenge Layouts thread so it can be tracked! And of course, your page should be posted in the Lilypad Gallery so we can leave lots of love! The Lilypad uses a percent system for our challenges; the number of challenges you participate in determines the store discount you will receive at the end of the month: 2 challenges = 10% off 4 challenges = 20% off 6 challenges = 30% off If you complete all 7 challenges, you will receive a coupon for 30% off, plus you will be entered to win a guest spot on the Lilypad Creative Team! The first six challenges will be posted on the first of the month; the seventh challenge is the BYOC challenge, which is posted on BYOC release day. Each page counts for one challenge (you cannot use one layout for multiple challenges). I can't wait to see who (or what) you will scrap about!
awwwwww soooo cute!!!!!!!! I didn;t know that English retrievers look different than Americans!!!!! will work on mine!!!!
I nearly did mine from my dog's point of view, but I've been dying to scrap this photo of my niece so I've done it from her point of view as the person who can make us do anything!
A little poem my dd wrote about me five years ago, I was looking for a way to make sure it\'s never forgotten, so finally I scrapped it. It is very sweet, speaks about my cleaning abilities and my smells! LOL, for some reason it praises me for my fishing skills... I am still not as good as kids in Italian LOL The only fishing I am good at is fishing for complements. The last sentence in the poem is that we are sitting on the sofa snuggling, so I found the closest in time and theme photo taken May of that year where we are snuggling on the riverside picnic.
i loved loved loved this challenge...i never would've thought to scrap these photos this way but once offered the challenge i really had some fun with it thanks for the fun
