I miss the €. Or the dubble dotted ï or ë. I also very much dislike handwritten fonts with where certain capital letters are written super weird. It must be the way they learn kids to write in the USA maybe, but whenever I see the stupid G or Q I uninstall and delete the font. Because nobody who will read my albums will be able to understand what kind of letter that is.

My favourite font is The Great Escape. I use it all the time. I'm always looking at new fonts but this one is my go-to one!

What do you mean by stupid G or Q? I'm curious.

Educated guess, upper case cursive G and Q. I have noticed no one in Denmark writes them the way I learned them (which is fine with me as I always thought they were ugly and didn't make any sense.) https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Cursive.svg

HA! i always hated the real cursive upper case Q! G isn't so pretty either, but that Q kills me! Agreed!

Sorry for my long awaited respond. I totally forgot about this thread!

About the weird G and Q: the first example below is what I'm used to, how I learned how to write cursive. The second example is what I notice a lot of fonts are like, and what is strange to me. See the difference in capital letters?

I also don't like the F, T, and Z of the way I learned (American way? Not sure if anyone else does it) so once handwriting stopped being graded, I stopped writing them like that, along with the G and Q. I do kind of like the loopy L though. It makes it more fun to write my name. ;)

Yes we did write the loppy L that way too! Things obviously changed over time because we did write our U and S like the second example. But yeah.
And that Z it very different too, indeed! But I actually kind of like it that way.

I love loopy Ls as well. My middle and last names start with L, so I'm glad to have loopy letters. :)

I learned the second example too, and it was the same in both my Canadian schools and American. The first example is a neat hybrid of printing and cursive.

My fave fonts??? CK Becky, Satisfaction and Lainey Day. They resemble my handwriting and I love the whimsical feel of them. I do love BIG BOLD fonts like Clementine Sketch, Peinture Fraiche and Dead Kansas.
It's hards to choose just 1 favourite... There are so many!!!
