    Hello!

I want to make sure I'm doing the correct thing here. I have some money left on the $20 MOC GC I received, and also a $3 for the challenge. When I went to check out neither one registered when I put the numbers in the gift certificate area. Should I be doing something different? Thanks!

Hmmm... not sure, but I know someone else this week said they had trouble too. I'm going to tag Laura and Nancy and hopefully one of them can help you out... @lmccandless @NancyBeck

Also, make sure you are logged in and put code in the gift certificate spot and not the coupon spot. And make sure there aren't any subscriptions in your cart? Those are the only tricks I know to try.

I don't have a subscription, but did put the latest M3 kit in there. I've not purchased one before, so is that considered a subscription even though I'm purchasing one month? That may be it!

I don't think that would count as a subscription if you're just buying the one month. But I'll wait for the higher ups to chime in. :)

Yes, I am having the same problem. I sent a message to customer service through the contact form on Thursday but haven't heard back yet.

OK, I have figured it out now!
I thought that the GC actually zeroed the order, but it doesn't. The order stays with the total amount and you just have to click submit and the order goes through and uses the balance of the GC. So you actually only see that bthe GC was applied after you submit the order.

@lmccandless - it didn't work for me. The order went through PayPal and didn't take the GCs, even though I entered them in the system. It should've been something like $5.79 in GC's. Here's the order #: #988439
