We just had a fun chat tonight about how to keep the mojo alive after MOC and I kept a list of the ideas from that chat so that everyone could see them: Organize your stash or your pictures Look through all the layouts you completed for MOC Make a list of layouts you want to do Browse the store for kits you want to use maybe even match the kits up with layout you want to do. Try a new challenge - designer challenges, monthly challenges, Art Journal challenges February Challenges All the Challenges at-a-glance Designer Challenge Forum All the Designer Challenges at-a-glance Art Journaling Challenges Anne Inchies Anne's Skinnies Take a break Read a book Browse the Gallery Can you say Pinterest?!?! Journal about the pictures you want to scrap - that'll speed up those layouts! Try a new style of scrapping, pocket scrapping, simple scrapping, messy clustery scrapping Try a template What else works for you when your mojo goes missing or you need a jump start to your creativity to get scrapping again?
Thanks for the list. It helps to see what I know I should do, have done in the past but somehow escaped me. Pinterest here I come and with that I will make a visual list of layouts I want to do.
First off, thanks for the chat! It was fun, as usual. Secondly, I'm gonna sit and go thru pics today to help inspire me. I need to make a prints purchase, so I might as well look at pics for scrapping inspo too!
I love checking out the TLP Pinterest boards! There always seems to be a Froggy Favorite that I missed seeing and love, or checking out the inspiration board - swoon!
Good list! I usually journal ahead or edit pictures that need scrapping. So that when I want to scrap editing is already done.
