I nearly got lost in that gallery so many beautiful pages to choose from. I deliberately went back LOTS of pages so as not to be lifting a layout from the MOC and I didn't feel christmassy anymore either. I found this layout "Ruff life" by ashleywb to lift! And this is what I turned it into! Thank you for another fun challenge! Kerri
My page Scraplift from this page by Sucali I was enamoured with the large brush work title and the neutral colours of the page…
So hard to choose! So many wonderful layouts by the talented Pollys. In the end I scraplifted this layout by HeyJude: I used my: Sharp Eyed Kit Mess with Ink No1
I went back to October of last year to start my looking. And thank goodness I did. This picture of one of the 'grands' with Piggy Pig has been waiting to be scrapped. It's not the best but it was too adorable to skip. @Sokee had absolutely the perfect clean and simple (always a challenge) LO to lift for it. And here is my lift:
I chose to start about halfway through the Pollywog gallery and scope out some older LOs. I found this gem: and this is my lift:
Susanne, I chose to scraplift you. But what an embarrassment of choice! Seriously, so hard to narrow it done, but when I saw the "throwback" paper, I got inspired! Here's the original by @sucali (is it cheating to choose one by the challenge host lol?) And here's my page:
I chose this page from Ellen T....I am totally addicted to torn paper and this page jumped out at me as soon as I saw it. and here is my page:
I chose this one by @JillW. Obviously I was drawn to the clean design, but also wanted to challenge myself to try some clustering. Clearly, I could still use some work on the clustering. Mine:
I commented on this page from @Cristina several days ago because I loved the way she created a pocket scrapbooking page while only using 3 photos and plenty of journaling cards. (I tend to cram my pocket scrapbooking pages choc full of pictures.) Here is her original... And here is my new page...
Terrific challenge Susanne! I have been an admirer of Carol's (aka Iowen) layouts for a long time and had fun looking through her stunning gallery this morning........ I finally went with this one as I loved the greeny/blue tones she used, along with the blending and the glitter. The kit she used is one of my faves from Dawn as well! MY PAGE:
