Is there anyone else still trying to catch up?

After I posted about having 3 left, I had to go deal with dinner and bedtimes for the kids. Now I'm scrapping again. One down, two to go with 3 1/2 hours left...

 

I made it! (Just barely - with all the other kid related things!)

 

DONE!

 

I managed to finish. I think I completed 13 in the last 3-4 days. Really taught me that I don't need to take a lot of time. I really like what I created.

 

LOL! This was me last year!! I was more frugal this year, but only because I had to be!

 

Somewhere along the line, about mid-month, I got behind but as of tonight, I officially finished!!!!!

 

Wooo hoooo!

 

I scrapped 6 LOs in the last 2 days! Usually it takes my about 2 days to scrap 1 layout. I decided to stop obsessing, embrace my inner minimalist and just go for it. Thank goodness kiddo was happy to build lego by herself and hubby is away so I could just focus on finishing.

 

Okay - I am officially throwing in the towel. Being gone for over a week this month + being super busy with everything I had to get done for Pinkfresh just did me in. I'm going to go delete the last few pages that I basically hate....and call it a night. Once I realized that I was hating what I was creating....made the $20 possible Polly spot not worth it! Maybe next year!!

 

i may or may not have ignored my actual work today. I probably should have just called out.
BUT... now it means I can spend tomorrow night finishing a book and working on a puzzle with a bottle of wine. time to chill.... if i didn't finish, i'd maybe skip the book or puzzle. The wine would be a sad wine instead of a happy wine.

 

I might do the same as some of the ones I was really looking forward to doing.

 

What a good idea . I loved the challenges because they have giving me so much inspiration . I have finished them all but a few years ago i dit not finish them and aved them all to do them on a later time

 

Wow! Congratulations for those that powered through and finished! I can just picture the scrapping madness going on in some of your houses! Way to go!

 

Aw, I wanna give you a hug now. I hope in the end it was worth the sense of accomplishment! I'd be crying to if I finished with four minutes to spare. (I am totally a last minute kind of person myself. If I don't have a deadline, it's probably not getting done!)

 

I finished but I'm thinking of doing some challenges over. I'm not happy with every page I made and I know I can do better. Some challenges were just about getting them done so I could move on to the next. Those pages didn't satisfy me.
