Her paintings are better than mine. Last Christmas my BFF, my daugther and I were making Christmas tags. My BFF and I ended up drinking a bit more wine than expected because my 10 yr old daughter's tags were kicking our tag's butt. LOL!!!!!
Buuuuahahahaha!!!! I cannot paint to save my life!!! Drinking on the other hand....YAAAAAS!!!! I watched a video of a gal who used a toilet paper roll to paint dandelions...I think that will be one of our "I'm bored" summer projects LOL! She cut a bunch of slits on one end of the roll, then frayed them outwards, made circles of paint on her pallet, kind of pounced the roll into the paint and then pounced it onto her canvas...started out with the lightest shade first, then a medium shade a darker shade and I can't remember if she used another color from a different color family or not, but they turned out so cute!
Wow - that is impressive! I love all the layers! She's a natural, but then again she learned from one of the best
awww thank you ladies, for making me feel so great about my scrapping, now I think this girl of mine has way more talent than I have in my pinky. LOL!!!!!
HAHAHAHAHA!!!! That's so funny!!! I love that lady!!! She is so fun to watch!! She isn't afraid to try ANYTHING!!!
btw. When I put her to bed she said, "Mom, can I scrap again tomorrow?" I think I have created a monster!
Totes adorbs! I love that she wanted to use this to tell her own story too. I've got two girls who've played with it a bit. My 9 year-old wants to make art dolls and illustrations for stories with my digi supplies. My 12 year-old made a few digi pages for a Girl Guide project. On the weekend she saw me using a template and was all, "Wait, what? Why didn't you tell me about those! It would have been so much easier."
She's a natural! I've been teaching my daughter too! It's so fun to see them be creative! Sadly- then I have to share the computer...
