How To: Shadow Washi Tape on Digital Scrapbook Layouts

    Create custom shadows for washi tape. Tutorial created in Photoshop Elements 11, but method will work in Photoshop and other versions of Photoshop Elements.

    Thanks for this :) I have seen and done it before, but have sworn it off as "too hard and not worth it". Your tutorial shows me how easy and worth it, it actually is. Haha!

    awesome. i always seem to use washi on paper items, so thanks for the nudge to try them on more dimensional items! also loved the idea to run the first burn across the whole half of the shadow side of the tape ... i usually just do the smaller lines of burn/dodge. your's looked so good! TFS! :)

    Love this! I am forever refining my washi process :giggle I too like the 'big burn' across half!
