I never got around to the jan 30 challenge, All in a Row. Had never fully justified my text before - so easy once you know how - so something new learnt!
I did the January 15th Challenge again: filled layout which was a style challenge. Here's what I made this time:
Day 15 Filled Challenge - I didn't really like my first one, I used a template but it wasn't 'me'. I've used another template for this one. (I LOVE taking templates and making them my own!) My boys went on a weekend that was jammed packed and incredibly busy and exhausting. I wanted to make this page have that same overwhelmed and 'busy' feeling that they had from the weekend.
MOC 6 - Day 27 - Combine 6 designers I combined the same 6 designers I used during MOC. I made a coordinating page.
I chose Day 18, All In A Row. As much as I love art journaling and arty pages, I am a huge fan of traditional styled LOs too. Thats what All In A Row reminds me of. Paper makes me excited (seriously! even digital paper). I used three papers here...which I think works well with the linear flow.
I could have spent all day in @ashleywb's gallery so I redid Day 23 - Scraplift a Polly Ashley's layout My layout
I chose January 27 - Combine SIX Designers (Random). I didn't get to it during MOC, so this is my first go at it. Designers: Dawn Inskip (Freedom Collection, papers for background and torn paper strip) Forever Joy (Model Behavior, papers for die cut accents) Fiddle-Dee-Dee Designs (You Make My Heart Ring {Dressed Up}, template) Bella Gypsy (Wild at Heart, star and flower embellishments) Sara Gleason (Birch Tree, label) Pink Reptile Designs (Love You Beary Much alpha, title alphabet)
I didn't realize today was "National Pistachio Day" so my page is PERFECT! I decided to do the challenge from Day 10: Clean & Simple - One photo. Neutral Background. 3-5 other things (no less than 3 and no more than 5). Date and/or max of 3 sentences of journaling optional which will NOT be included in your element count. 1 photo Light Green textured BG paper Elements: 1. Pistacia Vera logo turned into a tile; 2. label; 3. swirl sticker Date and 2 sentences.
I decided to redo the January 22: Geometrical Mosaics (Technique) Challenge from MOC 2018 as the more I practice this new technique the better Ill remember it!
