I used that and this is still how it looks... I don't hate it... I just don't feel like it really looks like a pin.
Here are the colors I've saved to use - tweak them to find something you like. I've found I don't like pure black, but rather a really dark grey to give that black 'look' as the edge style darkens it up a bit when applied.
I would check the size of the image you are building the pin on. When it is too big (larger than 2 inches), or too small, I don't think it looks right. Some of the vector shapes can be really large, while others are really small.
I find the darker the color of the rim the less you see the style. I would do a really dark grey rim instead.
Hi.....I somehow missed downloading The March Pins and I was wondering if they were still available to download somewhere ????? They are all so cute
*slightly twisted giggles* And she would be right. I'ma try some of the mobs next month! Without making it too Minecrafty and violate Microsoft's rights of course. And the gray hint was helpful! Thank you so much!! This was exactly what I needed, I kept playing but would get frustrated and the two times I attempted to save a color palatte, um, they were eaten by the single sock ghost or something.
Hi @spenny! The March Pins are not available any longer. The idea of the pin exchange is that you make 5 pins and you get a BUNCH of pins back. Please join us this month, it's a lot of fun!
And so last month I hinted that I was working on a rather large pin set, and so I was.... April and June are birthday months for multiple people in my family so here are some party pins and yeah, I went a bit overboard, but I just couldn't stop trying out different combinations.
My first attempt, couldn't get the rim right either...tried several options, but they didn't work out the way I wanted it to work out.
Another one, Pippi always reminds me of long summers! Can't stop making pins...help!!! Original Buddha drawing is by Baitti on Deviantart.
