Still trying to find out about my Just Jamie subscription for 2018. I received a note in my order for December 2017 that looks like I won a free year. Sent a pix of it to customer service but have not had a reply so far. Who should I be contacting?
Tried to use the coupon code from Just Jaimee's newsletter for 15% off which indicated that would be on top of the 50% off for CU items and it rejected it saying I didn't have enough in the basket although my total was $10.46 and Jaimee had indicated it was on a $10 order. What's up with that?

I think I still need help getting the M3 subscription for January. It has been released today. I have checked my visual order history & the regular order history and I don't see anything to indicate that it is available to me. And I have not gotten an email. Thank you for you help.

Not sure where to post this... put I saw in today's MOC challenge thread about a free alpha called PollyAnna. It is not listed in the free stuff section of the store; but when I search it, it does come up. IT says "free", but has no "add to cart" button. This makes me sad as I love this alpha and want to add it to my stash. @KairynLisa - This is all fixed up for you. It was so popular this month, the store software thought it was sold out. I’ve “restocked” the shelves so you can add it to your cart. Enjoy!
We don’t have access to archived chats. They are live events only. The only thing you can sometimes access is notes from a chat that the host will sometimes post in the forum. Those would usually be in the same thread as the chat was announced. And those are all in the Announcement Pad.
