    Hi - I tried to send a DM; you either got it twice or didn't get it at all. Can you please confirm which? I sent it several times and it wouldn't go through, then it appeared that the message did go through but nothing shows in my "Sent" folder.

    I did receive two copies of your message and sent you a message back. You're all set!

    As far as the PMs, you may need to update your preferences in your forum user control panel to save sent messages if you want to retain copies of the ones you sent.

    I just want to let you know when we order something even after we pay and downloaded the stuff overtime I return to the site everything that I ordered before still at my cart.

    Thanks for letting us know, Jana. Oftentimes, this is a setting in your browser. However, we are getting ready to do a big upgrade to the shop and I believe it should resolve this issue for everyone, no matter their browser settings.

    For me, if I push the continue shopping button at the bottom after checkout {on the page that you click through to get links} it will empty out my purchased cart. It's the only way I've found to accomplish that :)

    The site is beautiful but just logging today and hold and behold still stuff on my cart I tested on firefox and same thing I use mostly safari.
