The Lilypad uses a percent system for our challenges; the number of challenges you participate in determines the store discount you will receive at the end of the month:

    2 challenges = 10% off
    4 challenges = 20% off
    6 challenges = 30% off

If you complete all 7 challenges by midnight eastern time on February 28, you will receive a coupon for 30% off, plus you will be entered to win one of TWO guest spots on the Lilypad Creative Team! The first six challenges will be posted on the first of the month; the seventh challenge is the BYOC challenge, which is posted on BYOC release day. Please remember that layouts must contain 75% TLP product (eligible product can be current or retired product from resident designers, or guest designer product that is currently in the TLP store. BYOC challenge layouts must have 90% current BYOC product from this month's BYOC. Each page counts for one challenge (you cannot use one layout for multiple challenges).

All challenge layouts should be posted in the TLP gallery listing the product used for your pages.

Your challenge pages each month will be tracked in the Challenge Layouts thread. There should only be one post per participant in this thread. After you post your first challenge, please edit that post to add each additional challenge page you complete. At the end of the month, this thread will be closed and you will be contacted with a coupon code for your discount. Only one post per person will be tallied, so please do not post multiple times in this thread. In order to make tallying easier, we also ask that this thread be used only for posting challenge pages; please do not comment on the pages in the layout thread, but feel free to go to the gallery to leave some love!

New for 2015: Throughout the month, as I see people finishing the challenges, I will move your post to a "Finished Challenges" thread so I can tally the finishers throughout the entire month instead of just at the end. This will hopefully enable us to get the coupons to you all sooner!

Coupons are sent via PM within approximately one week after the challenges close.

If anyone has any questions, please let us know!

Shouldn't it be "if you complete all 7 challenges by midnight eastern time on February 28th,"

Actually... shouldn't it should say if you complete all 7 challenges by 11:59pm on February 28? If it's midnight on Febraury 28 - we don't get the last day of the month to finish, because technically the stroke of midnight is the new day. But I'm probably splitting hairs and being too ocd. :)

I shut the thread down at midnight eastern on the last day of the month. So 9:00 pm Pacific time. that gives you all day on the 28th.

I can split hairs too. :giggle It isn't actually incorrect to say midnight of the 28th. "Midnight" is commonly used to mean both the end of the day and the beginning of the day. Using the 24-hour clock, 2400 on 28th February is the same moment as 000 on 1st March. So.. "midnight on the 28th" is ambiguous, but in this context, I think it's understandable. I doubt anyone would actually think we don't get the last day of the month. :)

I've got a bunch of mini kits from TLP designers that I'm not sure if they're retired or just never released in the store. They were part of different collabs that I've gotten through the years - some were TLP collabs (Storytellers, Currently, etc.), others are from the DigiScrap Parade. Are these mini kits eligible???

If they were part of a TLP collab then they would be eligible. If they were released through a different site, then no.

Hopefully no delays. I have a few balls in the air I'm juggling and I haven't dropped them - yet. But there's still time! :)
