I love cereal! If I don't eat cereal, I don't feel that I have had breakfast. The only time I don't eat it is when we are on a trip. I usually eat Bran Buds or Fiber One cereal with half of a banana. I don't like sweet cereals which is a good thing because I put sugar in my coffee!
We're a family of cereal lovers! I used to eat a lot of granola cereals and oatmeal! Hubby loves Raisin Bran; the girls love it all LOL!
I have a love/hate relationship with cereal. I really do love it. I love the sugary, bad for you cereal (Golden Grahams, Captain Crunch, Cinnamon Toast Crunch...mmmm!) but it doesn't fill me up & I'll just keep eating it. If I do eat it it's for a snack and I try to stick to the healthier ones for snacks. Every once in awhile I'll splurge and by something yummy. I grew up eating cereal every single morning, but I just can't do it anymore even though I really want to. I need protein.
