It seems like a lot of us have been dealing with appliances, and other events making for hard times. One of the best things I did for myself was determining to look for something good out of everything that seemed bad. Sometimes it's small but I look for it. So this challenge is to talk about an unhappy day or event and look to find something good that happened and Journal about it. It could be as simple as a couple sentences or word art. Or journal with pictures. Just make it so you will remember that one positive in the whole mess. Here's mine;

There is no deadline. We are challenging ourselves to put 1 or 2 ideas a week so that they are here when someone needs a prompt. We don't want to add to the to do list just ideas for adding the ordinary to your layouts.
