I get asked on a fairly regular basis what my favs are in the shop. Truthfully, it's a lot like being asked which child is your favorite because you love them all! However, since DSD is going on, I thought you might like to know the products I reach for over and over again - just in case you want to grab them during the sale. Do YOU have a favorite that you use all the time? Please share too! So, here goes...a favorite from each of our designers... I love Lynn Grieveson's templates - most of my Europe scrapbook pages use one of the following templates: I use SWL Focal Point Templates a lot: I also use the Recyclables Templates a lot - specifically the mask from the bottom right template in this one:
Kits: Also really hard. I use all my TLP kits a lot. But when I look at my TLP gallery it looks like I reuse my Kristin Aagard and Bella Gypsy collections a lot. I have used this one numerous times the past week I love the entire Outdoorsy collection including Fishing, Camping, On the Lake and Winter and mix and match them all the time! Oh and I mix and match the water kits from Kristin Aagard a lot too! The Americana collections from Lynn, Paula and Bella Gypsy - they work well to mix!
These brushes from Lynn Grieveson keep popping up in my work Sometimes its very subtle, like along an edge to create some "texture."
For at least a year now, I've been using Mommyish Shadows. I think they're these ones, but reading in the description about warm and cool options makes me wonder. I don't know if I have that. I just played with them in PS and don't see any way to choose cool or warm. And I can't find them in my files after scrolling through all my Mommyish products twice. Maybe I have an older version.
@michelepixels I have these and in PSE there is a long selection of many shadow styles for various elements. In trying cool vs warm for one category, I thought the color might change from black to a warmer color - something I often change myself if the black looks too harsh. No, the color didn't change but the position of the shadow did. Warm was kind of centered in the middle of the element and cool was more down below. I wonder of Leah has a video for this set of styles? I'm now more curious! btw, the actual file name is mommyish_ultimateshadows.asl not realistic as the file is named.
(I'm on my phone right now and I haven't quite mastered the whole photo with link so I just have some links for now) Some of my favorites: Bella Gypsy - Magic Moments: Here's to the Ears Live Love Sparkle I have a girl and she loves all things pink and sparkly right now! Kristin Aagard - Evening Glow I have used it for more than just evening pages and I can see using pieces for upcoming holidays too Allison Pennington - WoodBe Good v.2 I love a good wood background and this has a good variety. And I'm thinking of getting some of her others! And I'm not just saying it, but I really do love Fiddle Dee Dee templates (I tend to use Dressed Down)!
