I was going to use my gift certificate at check out and entered the code (I used it once before and I checked the balance today) but nothing happened. The amount stayed the same as before and the code wasn't showing anywhere. Do I need to do something specific if I use the code a second time?

I'm just popping in until Laura can give you the official answer, but I wondered about a few things you could try... first make sure you're logged in and 2nd, make sure you put the code into the gift certificate spot and not the coupon code spot. I remember that was mentioned in the chat and that LOTS of people make this mistake.

Also make sure you aren't trying to check out with a subscription... hope this helps!

@Karen Thanks, Karen. I have sent an email to customer support now as well to find out what I'm doing wrong. I did all you said (I used the GC before so I knew how to do it). Logged in, right spot, no subscription but SOSN. I'm sure I'll get an answer soon...
