These are pure inspiring and fun! A teeny, tiny, itsy-bitsy canvas to fill! Well, actually a hundred teeny, tiny itsy-bitsy canvases to fill! Don't despair! For these challenges, dear Liz of @Scrapping with Liz has graciously made templates available HERE. There is also a template for skinny starters, another fun challenge going on in the Monthly Muse. Here is some inspiration: Is your brain exploding with creativity? There are only a few requirements: 1. Each tile must have at LEAST two things on it. that can be two elements, one paper plus one element, etc to include pretty much anything digital (from the Lily Pad) tee hee you can repeat, you can do about anything once you get those two things on the inch. square. 2. Post in the gallery and then in this thread (it so helps if you link it with the Share BB code! (located on the right of your page in the gallery) Now credits may be a bear, so how about the first 10 things you list...and then I have you on honor to be good! lol Here is my inchie: All who play will receive a coupon! Coupons will be sent from those posting in this thread. Thank you!
Yay!! so fun!! Thanks for the chat and fun challenges Anne! and thanks to Scrapping with Liz for the awesome template! I can see myself using it a lot!!
Looks like fun. I'm not sure I understand about the Share BB code but I will look for it when I am ready to post.
It's easy. Click on your picture in the gallery. Look on the right side. You should see this Click on the one the arrow is pointing to, it should highlight. Copy it. Then in your thread where you are posting your inchies, paste this code and your gallery pic will appear. And when you post your thread then you can click on the picture and go straight to it in your gallery.
I missed the chat. I really, really wanted to be there, but I couldn't make it. This whole artsy journaling thing makes me scared. I have no idea even where to start!
Dangit! I missed the chat! I was thinking inchies had to do with the little stack things that Dawn has in her shop... this is definitely not what I thought. Love that rainbow inspiration photo, though, and I will read up to see if I will play along. Eta... I found THESE in Dawn's shop, which ARE very similar. But what I was thinking of were THESE, and that's not so much what we're talking about.
@klee73010 I never knew @dawninskip even had those gawgeous inchies!! YOU can still play, the chat was full, fast and furious! lol
You just wanted to make a challenge that took me longer! Another hour has passed & I'm still inching away at these inchies!
I like how EHStudios has her elements and letters hanging off the sides of the squares or even partially over two squares in her layout above. Is that okay or were we supposed to keep them confined to the square? I think someone asked this at the chat but I totally missed the answer.
Oh fun!! I'm adding this to my play time this weekend! I wish I could have been at the chat, but I'm looking forward to giving this a go!!
I'm not sure it got answered. Looking at Anne's above, she has some elements coming off the edges, but I didn't see any going across 2 squares. @AnneofAlamo Well so much for getting started I have one piece of paper and words on one. Then kids!
