      This is really pretty! I like how she's just a mix of colors at the bottom, as if rising on colored steam until she meshes together into a form and seems to become a living embodiment that is going to start floating off the page. :) Her "scarf" gives that dimensional feel that she's getting warmed up and ready to come float and start granting wishes. Or, to go with your quote, like she's being re-born from the mists to start her fresh beginning.

      Very neat and pretty colors!

      I left a note for others to come visit her so she doesn't get lonely. :)
