The "journaling" words inside the circular doodle, are actually the lyrics to Sara Beirelles "Brave" which speaks about the bravery of letting "the words fall out" and the freedom that comes with it. I don't think "people" need to know everything about our life, but surrounding yourself with the right people to speak out those "chapters" we find difficult to talk about is not only a good thing but necessary to grow in life, plus I am of the opinion that secrets between immediate family and close friends ...are a no no... but then again, that is me, and I respect everyone's rules for life
