Book Club at The Pad - 2018 Part 1 (londoncuppa)
londoncuppa, Apr 20, 2018
Description:
We have a wonderful book club here at The Pad ran by awesome Polly Karen. If you're not participating, I encourage you to give it a go. Books are submitted by the community for consideration and then voted on by everyone. The top choices are then selected for reading and posted well in advance, so you can order them or request them from your local library.

It's a lot of fun, and I've read these great books that I know I wouldn't have otherwise. Come join us, and check out Fiddle-Dee-Dee Designs awesome new release this Friday (4/20/18)!

Here, here on the book club and Karen! Love that you are commemorating the year in TLP books! love the design for this theme too with the rolodex style/ olden days library catalogue card (such was life researching anything back in the 80's!) ;)

I love this layout - love to read too :)

Margaret, this is dazzling! Love how you used all those wonderful elements, and the use of the book covers is very eye-catching! If I can ever carve out the time after reading all the school texts I have to read, I may try to join you ladies! Looks like fun!

@jazzmatazz Thanks, Tracy! I really hope you join us. I don't have time to sit down & read either. Even if I did, it puts me to sleep (I'm old now...lol). I do all of my "reading" via audiobooks. I've had a subscription to Audible for at least 14 years. I listen to them on my phone while I'm doing other things...scrapping, cleaning, etc. It's the only way I can squeeze them in. Give it a try! :agree

Thanks for the suggestion, Margaret! I will have to check that out. Unfortunately, for the next year or so, my reading is going to be limited to the classics for my kids' homeschool classes. I'm now reading all those books that I was supposed to have read in high school. :huh
