      @bcgal00 Rae, neeps are rutabagas.. the tatties are mashed potatoes with some parsnips.. in Scotland it is a signature dish.. haggis neeps and tatties.. they don't sell haggis here in the states as it is made from organ meats mixed with oats etc. and spices.. I did not think I would like it but we did! We make a lamb & beef with oats & spices hamburger that we call an edinburger to mimic what we had when we were in Scotland.. also found a place here in the states to get my HP sauce.. a brown sauce like ketchup that they use in the U.K.!

      @cfile Very interesting. I'm Scottish/Irish but was born here and never visited my relatives over there. My grandma and mom had told me about haggis and tatties but hadn't heard of the neeps. I love HP sauce. I eat low carb so many BBQ sauces have too many carbs. My family has always used HP sauce and I mix a bit with some mayo for a steak/burger dip.
