I need to work on ridding the 35 pounds, the weight I gained back after I quit smoking. Quitting smoking was supposed to be the healthy thing to do and it is 18 months now that I have quit but those 35 pounds gained is making me so unhappy. I still exercise and watch what I eat, but it will not go away and I have been discouraged... 2016 I am just going to do it. My Manifesto!!!
